ZUCCHINI CRISP 
5 c. zucchini
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Cook 15 minutes. Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons with cornstarch with little water. Cook first 5 ingredients 15 minutes, then mix in cornstarch and water and mix in zucchini and pour into zucchini in a 9x9 inch greased pan. Then sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/3; c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. cinnamon

Mix and pour over Crisp.
