HELEN'S ZUCCHINI CRISP 
5 c. sliced zucchini
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. real lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Cook the above ingredients until the zucchini is done. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Crumble: 1 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. nutmeats

Put the crumbled mixture on top of zucchini layer and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
