CHICKEN 'N NOODLES 
1 hen or fryer
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper
Water to cover chicken
1 1/4 pt. homogenized milk
1/8 lb. butter
5 bouillon cubes

Cook chicken; remove skin and bones. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Put back in broth; bring to boil. Make noodles:

NOODLES:

5 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. hot water
5-6 c. flour

Put eggs, salt, oil and hot water into a large mixing bowl; beat well. Gradually add flour; mix until you have a stiff dough. Roll out small portion; cut into strips and gradually add them to the boiling broth. Don't stir - only just to turn new noodle in the broth. Add black pepper; cream with homogenized milk.
