CHOCOLATE FILLING 
3 cans evaporated milk
3 cans water
12 tbsp. cornstarch, heaping
12 tbsp. Hershey cocoa, heaping (more, if desired)
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar

Heat milk and water until very hot (not boiling). Mix thoroughly; cornstarch, cocoa and sugar. Add milk to chocolate mixture. Cook and stir constantly until thickened. Add vanilla, if desired. Fills three 9 inch pie shells. Recipe can be divided to fill 1-2 pies.
