24 HOUR SALAD 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. pineapple syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream, whipped
2 c. pitted white cherries
2 c. quartered marshmallows
2 c. pineapple bits
2 oranges, cut in pieces and peeled

Cook egg yolks, sugar, salt, vinegar, pineapple syrup and butter in a double boiler until thick. Cool. Fold in whipped cream, white cherries, marshmallows, pineapple, and oranges. Chill 24 hours.

Decorate the top with orange sections, half slices of pineapple and long stemmed maraschino cherries. Serves 6 to 8.
