FLORENTINE SQUARES 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and minced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. minced green onion
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread rolls in 13 x 9 buttered pan and press seams together. Spread mix over dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts a little. Cut into 1 inch squares. Makes about 50.
