HAM - NOODLE FLORENTINE 
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 box frozen chopped spinach, cooked
1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
Paprika

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain. Combine with cooked spinach that has been well drained. Stir in ham cubes.

Combine soup, cheese, milk and mustard. Mix lightly but well with noodle mixture. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until hot. 4-6 servings.
