HAM & NOODLES 
2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. onions
1/2 green pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked & drained
2 c. or 8 oz. Swiss cheese
2 c. cubed, cooked ham

In a 1 quart pan, melt butter, saute onions and peppers. Stir in soup and sour cream. In a 3 quart casserole layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 Swiss cheese, 1/2 ham and 1/2 soup mixture. Repeat the process. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
