HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 med. pkg. noodles
2 c. ham, diced fine, cooked
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
Dash of parsley
Dash of oregano and celery

Cook noodles and drain. In a saucepan, steam onions, celery and bell pepper. Add butter, sour cream, egg and season with salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.

In a 1-quart Pyrex dish, layer noodles and ham until all is gone. Pour sauce over ham and noodles laid in dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
