HAM NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ham
12 oz. noodles
1/16 c. minced onion
50 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
5 oz. crushed potato chips
Paprika

Boil noodles in unsalted water until nearly done. Add soup, milk, onion and ham. Place in shallow pan. Sprinkle with cheese, crushed potato chips and paprika. Bake on top shelf of oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves about 12. Adjust recipe for smaller servings.
