BUTTERNUT SQUASH BAKE 
2 c. cooked squash, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Use 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake 65 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
