KRAUT DISH 
2 lbs. pork shoulder, boil until done
2 potatoes, diced
3 c. broth from pork
1 lg. can Northern beans
1 lg. can kraut & pork

Boil pork shoulder until done. Cool, cut in little pieces and remove fat. Cook potatoes in 3 cups of broth from pork. When done add 1 large can of Northern beans, 1 large can of kraut and pork. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes. (May add salt if desired.) This is very good and I like cornbread with it.
