TOMATO KRAUT SAUSAGE 
Sausage, smoked or fresh
2 cans tomatoes
32 oz. or 2 lbs. sauerkraut
1 can tomato paste
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
Potatoes

Cut sausage up and potatoes. Wash sauerkraut in water. Put all ingredients in roaster pan. Bake at 400 degrees until potatoes are done, it will be about 1 1/2 hours.
