BOURBON BALLS 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. bourbon
1 1/2 tbsp. white corn syrup

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Form balls the size of a walnut. Roll in additional confectioners sugar. Chill. Makes 30 to 40 balls depending on size rolled. (Especially nice at Christmas time).

HINT: Butter your palms, easier to roll.
