1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
9 x 13 inch cake pan

Mix together the first 9 ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips and put into cake pan. Mix together the last 2 ingredients and put on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
