MOM'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped chicken (cooked)
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. skinny or narrow noodles (dry)
Optional: Water chestnuts, chopped pimento

In large bowl mix soup, chicken, milk, celery, salt, mayonnaise and optional ingredients. Add dry noodles. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Recipe may be cut in half as it serves 10-12.
