MONGOLIAN LAMB CHOPS 
2 c. apricot jam
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. teriyaki sauce
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 lamb chops (4 oz.)

Combine first 5 ingredients and reduce to 3/4 cup. Broil lamb chops, 3 minutes on a side. Put in sauce and serve. Serves 4.
