SHERRY'S MEDITERRANEAN PASTA | |
1 (5 oz.) can tuna, drained, flaked 1 large onion, chopped 2 tsp. minced garlic 1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts) 1 (16 oz.) box ziti pasta Panko bread crumbs (Progresso or 4C) 3 tbsp. olive oil salt and pepper, to taste Cook pasta as directed, drain. Heat oil in skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add tuna flakes, saute 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Sauté 1 minute. In a large baking pan, combine ziti with sauce. Top with Panko crumbs, drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until Panko crumbs are golden. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
