CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Baker's Joy baking spray

Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add flour mixture alternately with the milk to the creamed mixture. Last, add the vanilla and pour into a greased tube or bundt pan. (Baker's Joy baking spray is recommended.) Bake at 325 degrees for exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes.
