CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. cocoa
5 eggs, one at a time
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Add vanilla. Pour in prepared bundt or tube pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
