POTTED CHEESE 
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1/3 c. dry sherry

Soften in cheese microwave and then beat together with butter and sherry. Pack into airtight plastic container. Chill at least 24 hours. Makes about 2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
