POT CHEESE PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. cottage cheese (2 c. or 1 pt.)
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Beat eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Add cottage cheese. Beat. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Spread thickened pineapple on crumb crust before adding filling if desired.
