ONE POT MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 pkg. macaroni
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash pepper
8 oz. medium cheddar cheese, sliced or cubed

Boil macaroni until tender; drain. Put now empty pot back on the stove on low heat. Combine milk, cornstarch, dry mustard, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat until thickened stirring constantly. Stir in cheese, when melted, stir in macaroni and serve.
