CLARA'S MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef or chuck
3 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. Gulden spicy brown mustard
1/2 c. grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan)
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Form into balls. Fry in oil, cut mango's and onions. Then put meatballs in sauce and simmer all day.
