COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
1 bottle Bulls Eye hot and spicy barbecue sauce 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 egg 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. garlic 1/4 c. oil Blend all ingredients together in large bowl, except barbecue sauce. Then roll into 1/2 inch balls firmly. Cook in oil until brown; drain grease. Place cooked meatballs in crockpot; cover with barbecue sauce. Heat up sauce and serve. |
