COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 egg
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. oil

Beat egg very lightly. Add crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and onion. Let stand for a few minutes. Blend in meat; shape into small balls and brown in oil. Serve on toothpicks.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 dash Tabasco
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown onion in butter and add everything else.
