COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. dry onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme

SAUCE (enough for 1/2 the meatballs) :
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. red wine
1/4 c. prepared mustard

Sauce: Combine and heat.

Mix all meatball ingredients. Form small balls (3/4 inch). Bake on cookie sheet or microwave. Meatballs may be frozen until ready to use.

To serve, thaw if frozen. Heat in sauce. Serve in chafing dish or crockpot to keep warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
