COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 1 (10-12 oz.) jar grape jelly or orange marmalade 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 sm. onion, diced small 1 egg Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and egg in small bowl. Roll into small meatballs about an inch in diameter. Place in 2 quart saucepan. Top with chili sauce and jelly. Cook on medium for 10 minutes covered. Stir and lower heat to simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place on platter with toothpicks. |
