FRUIT PIZZA 
PART 1 BASE:

1 sugar cookie roll

Pillsbury in dairy case or Duncan Hines golden sugar cookie mix by following box directions.

PART 2 FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool whip

PART 3 GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Using a round pizza pan, press cookie dough flat to cover the pan. Bake as directed on the cookie dough package and allow to cool to room temperature. Blend the first layer ingredients together and spread evenly over the cooked dough. Apply fresh fruit (canned), consisting of pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, cherries, blueberries, etc. over first layer decoratively. Mix glaze ingredients together and cook until it becomes thick and then allow to cool to room temperature. Apply glaze over the fruit and place in refrigerator to cool.
