FRUIT PIZZA 
1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. softened cream cheese
4 oz. thawed Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Fresh fruit: kiwi, strawberries, grapes, peaches, bananas, blueberries, etc.

Slice and pinch cookie dough together on greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, cool.

Mix together the cream cheese, thawed Cool Whip and drained crushed pineapple. Spread on top of cooled crust (cookie dough). On top of this, place the fresh or canned and drained fruit. Be as creative as you like.

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Bring all ingredients to a boil for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over pizza. Glaze thickens as it cools.
