1 c. butter
1 c. honey
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, mixing well. Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut into medium biscuits. Bake at 370 degrees until browned.
