HONEY - RAISIN BISCUITS 
2 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. honey

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms; beat vigorously until stiff, 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Serve with Honey Butter (below). 12 biscuits.

Honey Butter: Beat 1/2 cup butter, softened and 1/4 cup honey until fluffy. High Altitude: Heat oven to 475 degrees. Stir 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour into baking mix.
