HONEY DROP BISCUITS 
c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening. Combine milk and honey; add to dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls in small greased muffin cups or on cookie sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake in 450 degree oven 25-30 minutes or until delicately browned.
