1 c. butter (whipped)
1 c. strained honey
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together well, bake at 375 degrees, 10-12 minutes in a greased and floured muffin pan.
