HERBED POTATO WEDGES 
4 potatoes, scrubbed, cut into eighths, lengthwise
1/2 c butter
4 oz parmesan cheese
4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
ground pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tbsp chives
1 c sour cream
salt to taste

Melt butter in a large shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes in single layer over butter. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and seasonings.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and baste with butter. Return to oven for 20-30 minutes till tender. Mix chives and sour cream and serve on the side.

Serves 6-8.
