3 lg. vidalia onions
1 stick butter

Cook onions in butter until transparent, not soft. In 8 x 8 inch casserole, mix onions and add: 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Sprinkle 1 cup Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing over and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
