VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
6 tsp. Weight Watchers butter
Parmesan cheese
36 saltines
8 Vidalia onions (lg.)

Saute onions in butter until done, put 1/2 of onions in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with cheese then crushed crackers. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake in uncovered casserole at 325 degrees until brown. Yield 6 servings - 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fat.
