VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
7 Vidalia onions
1/2 c. regular rice
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Jarlesburg cheese, shredded
2/3 c. half & half

Big Star has the cheese if you can't find it. Thinly slice onions into heavy skillet with melted butter. Cook slowly until transparent and soft. Mix half & half, cheese, rice, and cooked onions into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
