VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
4 lg. Vidalia onions, sliced
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Butter

Saute onions in butter until clear. In casserole dish, alternate layers of onions, cheese, then crumbs. Repeat layers again. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
