BAR - B - QUED RIBS 
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt

Bake ribs until almost done. Drain all juice off except 1 cup. Simmer sauce at least 3 hours. Do not boil. Pour over ribs and slice onion on top and bake until done.
