5 eggs, well beaten
3 cups sweet milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of Worcestershire sauce
10 slices white bread, crust cut off
10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter

Mix eggs, milk, salt, and Worcestershire sauce well; pour over bread and cheese. Spread butter on bread and cut in 1-inch squares, put cheese on squares and bake in oven for 1 hour at 325°F.

Serve with bacon and eggs.
