CANNED SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1/2 bushel tomatoes 3 lbs. onions 2 green peppers 1 pt. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. salt 2 tbsp. oregano 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp. parsley 4 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste Peel tomatoes, put in a blender or food processor along with onions and peppers. Cook for 1 hour. Then add all other ingredients and continue cooking until thick. Put in jars and seal. |
