APPLE CRISP (EA) 
4 c. sliced apples
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. flour
1 c. white granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Slice apples thin and put in casserole, sprinkle with brown sugar, or white, cinnamon and lemon juice. Mix flour, white sugar, baking powder. Stir in egg. Mix until crumbly, then pour over apples. Bake in 375-400 degrees about 50-60 minutes. Serve with instant vanilla pudding, made a little thinner then recipe calls for. Add 1/2 teaspoon brandy extract.
