KENTUCKY POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 egg yolks
1 (10 oz.) can pineapple (crushed; juice added)
1 c. pecans

Beat egg whites, then add the pineapple and pecans. Pour in 10-inch tube pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°F.
