KENTUCKY POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts

Beat egg whites stiff. Combine all ingredients in large bowl (including egg whites and yolks). Mix thoroughly. Use round deep pan. Start in cold oven; bake at 300°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
