CHEESE CUPS 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
24 cupcake cups

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. preserves (example, strawberry)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream cheese together with eggs. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Fill paper cups 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool until center falls in. Refrigerate.

Topping: Mix first 3 ingredients together. Spoon on top of cheese cups in the center. Dot with strawberry preserves. Refrigerate.
