BAKED TOMATOES 
4-5 lg. tomatoes
2-3 scallions (whole)
Oregano to taste
Pepper to taste
2 (3 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
9x13 oven pan or dish

1. Spray pan with Pam.

2. Slice tomatoes, 1 inch slices using 3 or 4 best center slices.

3. Overlap in pan.

4. Cut scallions, with leaves, over tomatoes.

5. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.

6. Drizzle olive oil over all.

7. Sprinkle with sugar.

8. Crumble cheese over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
