1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Combine butter, 1 cup flour and confectioners' sugar. Mix well and pat into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over baked bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While hot sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares.
