CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
Chicken legs & breast
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

Wash chicken; dredge in flour. Heat oil to 360 degrees and brown chicken on all sides. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Serve with baked potato and tossed salad.
