CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKED DISH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears (cook as on pkg.)
2 chicken breasts (cooked, skin removed, cut into bite size pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 stick of butter
2 c. bread stuffing or croutons

Arrange broccoli (cooked and drained) in buttered baking dish. Top with cooked chicken pieces. Pour soup mixed with mayonnaise and curry powder over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing or croutons. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Optional ingredients: water chestnuts, mushrooms and cheese.
